Thank you for staying at Palmila Boutique Hotel. Below are the rules of our hotel and the point to be considered. We urge you to read and pay attention.

 

Reception and Room

•The presence of other guests at the hotel is kindly requested to be treated

•Smoking is prohibited in rooms, bathrooms, corridors and stairs.

•Money, belongings, valuable jewelery etc. if lost in the room and hotel our hotel cannot be held responsible for this. You can leave it in the locked safes at the reception.

•Minibar in the rooms and orders are subject to an extra fee.

•In case of damage to the room and hotel furniture, the customer undertakes to pay the cost of the damage.

•It is forbidden to bring guests other than those staying in our hotel and take them to the floors.

•If your room card is lost, a card fee of 7 dollars (according to the current exchange rate) is charged. •We recommend not to drink the tap water in your rooms.

 

Restaurant and Buffet

•It is forbidden to bring / bring / order food and beverages from outside or open buffet to the rooms (orders can be made from the menu).

•All the food and beverages you request to your rooms are subject to an extra fee.

•Breakfast in the Main Restaurant is open from 8.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m , dinner from 19.00 p.m to 20.30 p.m , Vitamin Bar open 7/24.

•Rooms can be ordered between 7.00 a.m and 20.30 p.m.

 

General Rules

•Unfortunately, there is no sewerage in our Atakent neighborhood, which causes some problems in our hotel. Toilet paper and similar solid materials that you throw in the toilet bowls can cause clogging of the toilet bowls. Thank you for your sensitivity in this matter.

•Pool entrance and exit times are 10.00 a.m - 23.00 p.m.

•Pets are not accepted in our hotel due to hygienic conditions.

•Check-in time to the hotel is 13.30 p.m and free admission can be made from latest 8:00 a.m in the morning, depending on availability.

•Check out time from the hotel is 11.30 a.m Exceeding the check-out time is subject to reservation availability and fees.

•For the extension of the stay in our hotel or otherwise, the reception must be informed at least 1 day in advance.

•Accommodation fee is collected upon arrival at the hotel with one of the cash or credit card options. •We kindly ask you to give your room key to the reception during your departure process.

•It is not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside to our hotel and to consume them in common. areas. We are not responsible for any health problems that our guests may encounter due to these foodstuffs.
